What we do

How we work

What we will not do

• We will not promise or guarantee removal, rankings or turnaround times.
• We will not remove truthful, rule-compliant criticism or help hide real customer experiences.
• We will not create fake accounts, file false reports or organize mass reporting.
• We will not ask for your passwords or login details.
• We will not help take down someone else's account without a genuine policy basis.
