1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of negativereviewsremove.com and any services provided by NegativeReviewsRemove ("we", "us"). By using the website, submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Who we are and independence from platforms
NegativeReviewsRemove is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Google, Trustpilot, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta or any other platform. We have no special access to their systems. Platform names are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe the platforms we assist with.
3. Our services
We provide independent assistance with unfair reviews and unwanted online content. This may include reviewing reviews, videos, posts, comments, accounts and personal information concerns, advising on available reporting routes, preparing and submitting reports and appeals, and giving reputation guidance. The exact scope of each order is described in the written quote or order confirmation we send you.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Decisions about content are made by each platform, community moderators, courts or other rights holders. We do not control those decisions. We do not guarantee that any content will be removed, how long a decision will take, or any search ranking or reputation result. Our fees pay for our work, not for a particular result. Refunds are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy.
5. What we will not do
We will not file false or misleading reports, fabricate evidence, impersonate anyone, harass any user, coordinate mass reporting, bribe or threaten anyone or ask for your password. We will not help remove truthful, rule-compliant criticism merely because it is unfavorable. We may decline or stop work on any request that requires conduct of this kind, or that we believe is unlawful or unfair.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- the information and evidence you give us is accurate and complete, and you have the right to give it to us;
- you will not ask us to take action that is false, misleading, abusive or unlawful;
- for any account service, the account belongs to you, or it impersonates you or your business, and you will give us the information needed to verify this;
- you will tell us if you have already reported the content, deleted it or received any response from the platform or moderators;
- you will not send us passwords, recovery codes or unnecessary sensitive data;
- you will not take conflicting action on the same content while we are working on it, without telling us.
7. Quotes, fees and payment
Published fees, such as the fees shown on our service pages, apply per post, per comment or as stated. Other fees are provided in a written quote after we review your content. Fees are in US dollars. We begin work after you approve the scope and fee, and after payment has been received and confirmed. We tell you how to pay in the quote or confirmation. We will not ask you to pay through anyone who does not communicate with you using our published contact details.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
We treat the information you give us as confidential and use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may need to share the details in a report with the platform or moderators so that a report can be made. Platform policies may let a platform pass some details to other parties in certain processes, such as a copyright notice. We will tell you before we submit anything that carries this risk.
9A. Legal matters
We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, and nothing we say creates an attorney-client relationship. For questions such as defamation, privacy rights or copyright claims, consult a qualified attorney.
10. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, send spam or malicious code or scrape it in ways that burden our servers. All content on the website, including text and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
11. Third-party sites
The website may link to third-party sites such as Google, Trustpilot, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
12. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or reputation, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from information you provide, your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our services.
15. Termination
We may suspend or end our services if you breach these Terms, if the request is unlawful or if continuing would require conduct we refuse to carry out. If we do so before work is completed, the Refund and Returns Policy applies.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve it. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date shows the latest version. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept it. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.
