What does NegativeReviewsRemove do?
We provide independent assistance with unfair reviews and unwanted online content. We review reviews, videos, posts and accounts against each platform's rules, explain the options that may apply and handle the reporting process on your behalf.
Which platforms do you cover?
Google and Trustpilot reviews, Reddit posts and comments, and YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook content. See our services page for what we do on each.
Are you part of Google, Reddit, YouTube or any other platform?
No. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any platform.
Can you guarantee that my content will be removed?
No. Each platform decides what is removed. We cannot guarantee removal, a timeline or any search ranking result.
What kinds of reviews can be removed?
Reviews that break the platform's policies, such as fake reviews, conflicts of interest, spam, off-topic content, harassment, hate speech or private information. A genuine customer's honest opinion generally stays up.
Can you remove old Google or Trustpilot reviews?
Sometimes. Reviews from one day to fifteen years old can be reviewed. Age does not decide the result. Policy violations do. See negative review removal.
How much does it cost?
Fees are published per item. Google and Trustpilot reviews are $150 to $300, YouTube video removal is $500, Instagram video removal is $400, TikTok and Facebook video removal are $500, and Reddit items are $800 to $2,000. See the services page.
When do I pay?
We explain the scope and fee in writing before work starts. Payment terms, including refunds, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Do you ask for my password?
Never. We do not ask for passwords, recovery codes or account access.
Can you delete an account for me?
Only for accounts you own, or accounts that impersonate you or your business. We verify ownership and do not help take down someone else's account without a policy basis.
What if the review is true?
If a review is truthful and follows the rules, it is unlikely to be removed, and we will not file false reports. A calm public reply and fixing the issue are usually the best response.
Can you remove a review from search results?
We can explain Google's tools for outdated results and removal requests. Search engine listings update on their own schedule and a result is not guaranteed.
How long does it take?
It varies by platform and case. Some reports are decided in days and others take longer. We cannot promise a timeline.
How do I start?
