Disclaimer

Effective date: October 30, 2026. Please read these disclosures. They explain what our service is, and what it is not.

Independence from platforms

NegativeReviewsRemove is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Google, Trustpilot, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta or any other platform. We do not have special access to their systems, staff or internal tools. Platform names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe the platforms we help people with. Our logo and design are our own.

No guaranteed results

Content removal decisions are made by each platform, community moderators, courts or other rights holders. We cannot control those decisions. We do not guarantee that any post, comment, thread or other content will be removed. We do not guarantee how long a decision will take, how a platform will respond to a report or how search engines will display results. Examples and descriptions on this website show what may be possible, not what will happen in your case.

No suppression of legitimate criticism

We do not offer to remove truthful, rule-compliant criticism or honest customer experiences simply because they are unfavorable. We do not encourage false reports, fake evidence, impersonation, harassment, threats or coordinated reporting. We may decline any request that requires them.

Information on this website is general and educational. It is not legal advice, and reading it or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm. For questions about defamation, privacy rights, copyright, harassment or anything else with legal consequences, consult a qualified attorney in your state.

Safety

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first. For threats, stalking or identity theft, report to local law enforcement. For fraud, you can report to the Federal Trade Commission and, for internet crimes, to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Accuracy of information

Platform rules, tools and processes change. We try to keep our information accurate, but we cannot promise that every page reflects the latest changes. Always check each platform's current official policies and help pages.

Third-party websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content.
